Summit runs departure cleans for vacation rentals across Whistler, where the old site was slow and every new agreement meant chasing signatures by email. They needed guests and property managers to get a price in seconds and contracts signed the same day, not left sitting in an inbox.

We rebuilt the website on a fast stack we own and maintain, then added a departure-clean quote estimator that returns a price on the spot. Alongside it we built a contract e-sign platform from scratch: create an agreement, send it, sign natively on phone or desktop, and file the signed PDF automatically.

The e-sign tool keeps a tidy record of clients, properties, and signed agreements, so nothing gets lost between a booking and a clean. We also run their ongoing marketing, from social content to their Google Business Profile, all connected to the same system the office uses every day.
